Bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation with your booking reference. Minimum stay is 3 nights (7 nights in peak season, July–August).

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival receive a 50% refund.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Access is via smart lock; your code is sent 24 hours before arrival.

House rules

The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests. The shared condominium pool and gym are subject to posted rules and opening hours. Pets are welcome on request — please ask before booking. No parties or events.

Liability

Guests are responsible for their own safety when using shared amenities, including the unheated outdoor pool, which has posted lifeguard and usage rules.
