Bookings
A booking is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation with your booking reference. There is no fixed minimum stay; the owner confirms each reservation individually.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival receive a 50% refund.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Check-in is at the Pestana Porto Covo Village reception, in the complex, on arrival.
House rules
The apartment sleeps up to 6 guests. The private pool and the complex gym are subject to posted rules and opening hours. Pets are not permitted. No parties or events.
Liability
Guests are responsible for their own safety when using the amenities, including the private heated pool and the complex facilities, which have posted safety and usage rules.
